November 2019 – Here, we acted as the Principal Contractor on this 12000ft 2 Gym fit-out project. This time the main difficulty was working inside a residential building with working time restrictions meaning we had to work closely with the Landlord's agents to ensure the minimum disturbance to nearby residents. The complete re-fit was achieved within a 12 week time frame which earnt us a glowing recommendation by the Landlords agent.
