January 2020 – On this project, we were asked to act as Demolition & Strip Out Contractor before moving onto Principal Contractor for the fit-out phase of this 15000ft gym. The working space had originally been a Mazda car showroom and garage and had been empty for 3 years. The project started with a complete removal of all the garage machinery and equipment, plus a steel mezzanine floor. We then breathed new life into this tired old building by introducing a brand new Gym installation. All this work took just 14 weeks from start to finish and our client was delighted with the results…as were we !
