October 2019 – We were employed by our client to act as the Principal Contractor on this 16,000ft 2 Gym fit-out project in Sheldon. The unit was located on the second floor of the development, causing access difficulties which necessitated external crane lifts to get all our materials into the building. Despite the developer's contractor running late we still completed this fit-out in 9 weeks.
